Here at Attivo we appreciate how difficult it can be for commercial property

landlords at this time. 

 

Government lockdown restrictions have meant that various ‘non-essential’

businesses have had to close their doors completely, some have had to

comply with 6pm curfews, social distancing measures, the list goes on…

impossible for business owners across the country to run their business viably.

This, in turn, is having a knock on effect against the Landlord as a vast amount

of tenants are struggling with not only their rent payments, but mainly their

other outgoings such as their utility bills, water bills, merchant services,
